Where to find your invoice payments

16 Oct 2026

Invoice payments now sit in Transactions > Payments, alongside your Extra Payments. Nothing has been removed: every payment is in one table, and you can narrow it down in a couple of clicks.

What's changed

The separate Invoice payments menu item has gone from the left-hand menu. Invoice payments and Extra Payments now appear together in one Payments table, so you have a single, complete record of everything paid to your school.

The Payment link column tells you what each payment was for. Invoice payments show as Invoice. Extra Payments show the name of the payment link used, such as a trip or exam fee.

Find your payments

  1. Log in to the Reporting Portal.
  2. In the left-hand menu, select Transactions, then Payments.
  3. Check the date range in the top right. Change it if you're looking for older payments.
  4. Use the Payment link column to spot invoice payments: they show as Invoice.

To see payments for one Extra Payment, such as a trip or exam fee, use the Payment link filter above the table.

  1. Open the Payment link dropdown.
  2. Choose the payment link you want. The table updates straight away.
  3. To see everything again, set the filter back to All.

You can also use the Transaction status filter to show only successful or failed payments.

Show invoice payments only

To list just your invoice payments, download the table and filter it in Excel or your usual spreadsheet tool.

  1. Set the date range and any filters you want.
  2. Select the download icon to the right of the filters. A CSV file saves to your computer.

  1. Open the file in Excel.
  2. Select the Payment Link column heading (column B), then Data > Filter.
  3. Open the filter arrow on Payment Link, untick Select All, then tick invoice.

Only invoice payments now show. To see Extra Payments instead, tick their payment links rather than invoice.
