eMandate Notifications

In March 2026.1, we introduced new notification settings, giving users more control over how they stay informed about key activity in esenda.

Initially launched for BACS-related events, including approvals, files sent to the bureau, and BACS reports received, these settings allow users to switch email notifications on or off to suit their preferences.

We have now expanded this feature to include eMandate notifications. This means users can be notified when a new eMandate has been set up, helping them stay aware of any related actions needed in their finance system.
